How long does it take to make a piece of jewellery?
Every piece is handcrafted to order, exactly to your configuration. Production usually takes 2–4 weeks. We send you photographs of the finished piece before dispatch.
Does the price of the jewellery include the centre diamond?
For rings, earrings and pendants with a centre stone, the price shown is for the mount without the stone. You choose the diamond from our range (lab-grown or natural) right on the product page and its price is added. For earrings you select a matching pair of stones.
What is the difference between a lab-grown and a natural diamond?
Physically and optically, none – a lab-grown diamond is chemically identical carbon with the same hardness, brilliance and certification. It differs in where it was formed and in its price. You will find a detailed comparison on our Natural vs Lab-Grown Diamonds page.
Will I receive a certificate with my diamond?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds come with an IGI certificate, natural diamonds with a GIA certificate. The certificate number is laser-inscribed on the girdle of the stone and can be verified online at any time.
What does a stone ‘to order’ mean?
Stones in stock are specific stones with their own certificate, dispatched within 1–2 working days. Stones to order are produced according to our price list – we confirm the delivery time once you have ordered (natural diamonds usually within 14 working days).
How do I find my correct ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well, or the circumference of your finger with a length of thread, and compare it with the size chart shown where you select the size. We are happy to advise on WhatsApp. The ring can be resized free of charge after delivery.
Can I have a piece altered to my own wishes?
Yes. On request we will alter the size or cut of the diamonds, the width and profile of the band, the metal and other details. We also make jewellery entirely to your own design or photograph – see Bespoke Jewellery.
Is engraving free?
Yes. You enter the engraving text when you place your order; we confirm the font, position and length with you before production.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver anywhere in Europe by GLS courier for a flat €30. Every parcel is insured and your jewellery arrives in elegant gift packaging.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Every piece also comes with free lifetime servicing.
