The process

Six steps to your bespoke piece

The whole process is simple and easy to follow. You come with an idea, we take care of the rest – and at every step you are free to change anything you wish.

  1. 1Consultation

    In person, by telephone or via WhatsApp, we discuss your idea, the occasion, the style and the budget. Even a vague notion is enough – we will refine the rest together.

  2. 2Diamond selection

    We select a suitable lab-grown or natural diamond to your brief. We explain the 4Cs and recommend the best balance of beauty and value for your budget.

  3. 3Design

    We prepare the design of the piece – shape, metal, stone setting and details. We keep refining it until it is exactly as you imagine.

  4. 4Visualisation

    Before production begins you will see a realistic 3D render of the finished piece. You approve precisely what you will receive – no surprises.

  5. 5Crafting

    Once approved, the piece is handcrafted in the Czech Republic in 14K or 18K gold or platinum. Meticulous craftsmanship and fine materials, made to last for generations.

  6. 6Handover

    We hand over the finished piece together with the diamond certificate, gift-boxed, having sent you photographs before dispatch. Should anything need adjusting, we are here for you afterwards too.
