Production and legal certainty
Every piece – whether an exclusive luxury jewel or a simple yet exceptional engagement ring – goes into production only once the full agreed amount has been paid.
This procedure is fully in accordance with the applicable legislation and with standard practice for bespoke work.
Customer protection
Should the customer be unable to continue with the instalments, the order is cancelled and the entire amount paid to date is refunded. This makes the whole process safe and fair for both parties.
