What our information hub covers

Before you choose a diamond or a piece of jewellery, it helps to know how stones are graded and what exactly the price covers. We have gathered answers to the questions customers ask us most often – from the difference between a lab-grown and a natural diamond, through reading a certificate, to caring for the finished piece.

Diamonds and how they are graded

A lab-grown and a natural diamond are the same stone – they differ only in origin. We grade both by the so-called 4Cs: carat weight, cut, colour and clarity. Every lab-grown stone comes with an IGI certificate, every natural stone with a GIA certificate, setting out all the parameters in black and white.

Buying, delivery and production

Stones marked "in stock" are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Jewellery is handmade to order in the Czech Republic, usually within 2–4 weeks. Engraving and luxury packaging are free. Delivery costs CZK 149 within the Czech Republic, CZK 299 to Slovakia, EUR 30 to the rest of Europe and EUR 60 overseas.
