Then, after a thorough search, I decided to replace the main stone and came across this website, where the prices were unbeatable compared with any competitor. I sent an enquiry by e-mail and the very next day, thanks to Mr Auředník's incredible helpfulness, I went to see the stone with no obligation. He even accommodated me with a time outside his normal working hours, which as a client I always appreciate enormously. The original plan was just to buy the stone, but Mr Auředník himself offered me the option of having the stones swapped under their care, as well as making sure the ring looked like new again. You will not find a company on the market with better prices or with such a customer-focused approach. Everything went smoothly, pleasantly and ultra fast. If I could give 100 stars, I would give them without hesitation.

Both of them look absolutely perfect, I keep receiving compliments from people! Apart from that, Michael speaks perfect English, that helped a lot to my English speaking husband, and Michael is very responsive, attentive to his clients and listens to all your wishes.
